What commercial painting does DMG take on?
DMG Painting & Decorating paints commercial premises across Adelaide: offices and fit-outs, retail shops and shopfronts, cafes and hospitality venues, strata common areas and apartment block exteriors, schools, churches, warehouses and factories. Interior and exterior, new work and repaints.
Commercial jobs are planned around the business. Work can run after hours, on weekends or in stages so trading and staff are not interrupted, and the site is left clean and safe at the end of each shift. Quotes are turned around quickly and set out in writing.

Do you work with body corporates and property managers?
Yes. DMG has repainted blocks of flats and strata common areas and works with builders and renovators on repeat projects. One Adelaide renovator uses DMG on every project and describes the team as reliable, professional and always on budget. Property managers get a single point of contact in Damien and a written scope before work begins.
Is DMG licensed and insured for commercial work?
DMG Painting & Decorating holds South Australian builders licence BLD 281822, is fully insured, and the team is up to date with current safety standards. Working at heights, elevated work platforms and site inductions are routine.
How a DMG commercial painting job runs
-
Quote
Damien visits, looks at every surface, talks colours and finishes, and sends a written quote with scope, products, and start and finish dates. Free, no obligation.
-
Prep
The part you are paying for. Furniture covered, floors sheeted, edges masked. Walls washed, filled, sanded and dusted. Outside, everything is scraped back to a sound edge.
-
Prime and cut in
Bare patches and repairs are primed so the topcoat sits evenly. Every edge, corner and ceiling line is cut in by brush before a roller touches the wall.
-
Two coats
Rolled on with a wet edge so there are no lap marks, left to dry properly, then a second full coat. Two coats is the standard, not an extra.
-
Walkthrough
You walk the job with Damien in daylight. Anything you spot is touched up on the spot. Tape comes off, sheets come up, and the site is left clean.
Commercial painting questions
Can you paint outside our trading hours?
Yes. Evening, weekend and staged programs are normal for commercial work so your business keeps trading.
How quickly can you quote a commercial job?
Fast turnaround on quotes is a stated part of the service. Damien inspects the site, then sends a written quote with scope, products and program.
Do you have safety documentation for site inductions?
Yes. Licence, insurance and safety certificates are current and can be supplied for inductions and contractor registers.
